Twenty-nine people died and 48 remain missing in Komyushuvakha, a village in Zaporizhzhia, following a Russian strike on a humanitarian aid facility on Monday. Rescuers continued searching the rubble on Tuesday, pulling victims from the cratered site wrapped in white plastic sheeting. The attack utilized bunker-busting bombs containing nearly 1.5 tons of explosives.

Local officials declared three days of mourning in the Zaporizhzhia region. Mykhailo Semikin, acting head of the regional military administration, identified the incident as one of the worst tragedies for civilian casualties in the area since the start of the full-scale war. The confirmed dead include four police officers and two rescue workers, while at least five others sustained injuries.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia launched 289 attack drones, 17 ballistic missiles, and 59 cruise missiles across nine regions overnight. He noted that the barrage coincided with U.S. elections. Zelenskyy said, "The Russians think America won't notice this signal of theirs. But we need to notice and stop such terror." He urged allies to assist in defending Ukrainian airspace to halt the missile strikes.

In the Kharkiv region, a combined missile and drone attack wounded at least 62 people. A strike in the Nemyshlianskyi district damaged a medical facility, shattered windows in four apartment buildings, and damaged vehicles. Oleh Syniehubov, head of the regional military administration, reported that more than 200 patients were transferred to other medical facilities due to the damage.

Rescuers in the Dnipro area pulled a woman alive from the rubble on Tuesday morning after an attack killed one person and wounded 17. Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration, said the strike damaged an outpatient clinic and a hospital, prompting the transfer of patients to other institutions.

Russia's Ministry of Defense reported shooting down 856 Ukrainian drones overnight. Sergei Sobyanin, Moscow's mayor, said 493 drones targeted the Russian capital. In Yaroslavl, regional Governor Mikhail Yevrayev announced that two employees were wounded and infrastructure damaged at an oil refinery following a Ukrainian drone attack. Moscow-installed officials in Crimea reported rolling blackouts in the south, west, and east of the occupied peninsula after attacks on energy infrastructure.
